We are KOKO PEARL JEWELRY located in Kyoto, Japan, a brand specializing in seawater pearl jewelries.
We choose Japanese Akoya seawater pearls mainly, import South Sea pearls and Tahitian pearls.
In order to offer high quality jewelries, we use only the top 5% of the pearls, inlay them in Japanese metal fittings, and handmade them by experienced craftsmen.

All items will be packaged in gift wrapping ( jewelry box, guarantee card, and gift bag ) .
※When you order more than one item, they might be wrapped in one jewelry box.

【Making and Shipping】
All of our items are made in Japan and shipped from Japan.
After your order, usually we will make the item within one week. For customized rings, it will take about 3-4 weeks to make.
We use Japan Post to ship from Japan to your country. It can be tracked with a tracking number.
Normally it takes 1-2 weeks to deliver. Please anticipate possible delays during holidays and sale seasons.

【Maintenance】
After use, lightly polish with a soft cloth.
Refrain from bathing or working near water while wearing.
Pearls should not come in contact with acid, heat, or volatile materials.
Compared to other jewels, pearls are more easily scratched.
Wrap them in a soft cloth or place them in a special case, store them separately from other jewels if possible.
